Powdered Food Color for Chocolate – Black 5g
Powdered food colors for candy melts, modeling chocolate, pure chocolate, and other high-fat substances.
How to color chocolate: With your chocolate fully melted, add powdered food coloring starting with just a pinch (1/8 of a teaspoon) and fully mixing after each addition of color. Continue until you reach the desired color.
Coloring white chocolate vs milk chocolate: It’s best to start with the lightest color chocolate or candy melt, because the color you add with not “block” the original color of the chocolate. If your white chocolate is very yellow, you will have to add more powdered color to get your desired shade. Milk chocolate will not magically turn a different color, whatever color powder you’re using with be added into the original brown color.
